Background

The Millennium Partnership Fund for Disadvantage: Access to Third Level Education was announced by the Minister for Education & Science in September 2000 and will be operational for the lifespan of the National Development Plan 2000-2006.  At the request of the Department of Education & Science, ADM has managed the Fund to date and will continue to manage the Fund in collaboration with the National Office for Equity of Access to Higher Education.
